Sharing & SnapFind Teams

Teams turns your inventory into a shared one. Share any space with up to 5 people — family, roommates, or coworkers — and everyone sees the same containers and items, updated in real time. While collaborating, your team members also enjoy Teams benefits like Instant AI scans.

First, have your collaborator create a free SnapFind account. Then long-press the space, choose Share, tap Invite Collaborator, and send them the link any way you like. Once they accept, they join the space — and your SnapFind Teams benefits are extended to them too. Invite links expire after 7 days for security. Inviting someone you've already collaborated with? Quick Add shares a space with them instantly, no link needed.

Collaborators get full working access: they can view, add, and edit items in the shared space. They can't invite others, remove collaborators, or delete the space — the owner stays in charge of the team, and a collaborator can leave a shared space anytime.

As the owner, open the Share sheet and remove any collaborator — access ends immediately. You can also revoke pending invitations before they're accepted. As a collaborator, you can leave a shared space from the same menu.

A public container is a read-only window: anyone who scans its QR code can see the contents in their browser, with no app or account. Teams is full collaboration — shared spaces everyone can edit together. Use public containers for 'what's in this box?' labels, and Teams for managing an inventory together.
