Teams turns your inventory into a shared one. Share any space with up to 5 people — family, roommates, or coworkers — and everyone sees the same containers and items, updated in real time. While collaborating, your team members also enjoy Teams benefits like Instant AI scans. On Pro instead? You get one collaborator seat — Teams raises it to five and adds crew links.

Open Settings > Collaboration — your people hub — and tap Invite people. Pick which spaces to share, then send the invite link or QR code any way you like. They don't need an account first: the invite walks them through setup and lands them right in your spaces. Pending invites wait in the hub until they're accepted, and links expire after 7 days for security. You can also share a single space the old way — long-press it and choose Share.

Collaborators get full working access: they can view, add, and edit items in the shared space. They can't invite others, remove collaborators, or delete the space — the owner stays in charge of the team, and a collaborator can leave a shared space anytime.

As the owner, open the Share sheet and remove any collaborator — access ends immediately. You can also revoke pending invitations before they're accepted. As a collaborator, you can leave a shared space from the same menu.

A public container is a read-only window: anyone who scans its QR code can see the contents in their browser, with no app or account. Teams is full collaboration — shared spaces everyone can edit together. Use public containers for 'what's in this box?' labels, and Teams for managing an inventory together.

Open Settings and tap your name at the top of the Account card (it says "Add your name" if you have not set one yet), type the name you want, and save. Collaborators see the update the next time they open the Share sheet. If you have never set a name, shared spaces show your email address instead — signing in with Apple or Google fills the name in automatically the first time, but you can always set or change it here.

Yes — that's a crew link, a Teams feature. When inviting, switch from One person to Crew link and you get a single reusable link anyone can use to join the spaces you picked, until your five seats fill. Perfect for onboarding the whole household at once. The hub shows how many people have joined, and you can revoke the link anytime.

Yes, on SnapFind Teams. Open Settings > AI Connector and send yourself the setup link; it takes about two minutes on a computer. Once connected, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT can search your items, browse containers and answer questions like where something is or what a room is worth. It is read-only: the AI can never add, edit, move or delete anything, and you can disconnect it any time from snapfind.app/connect. Only the account owner can connect an assistant for now, not collaborators.

Yes, on Pro. Share your move from Settings > Collaboration exactly like any other space. Your helper sees it as a move of its own — the same rooms and the same boxes — and anything they pack into a box lands in yours straight away. The plan stays yours: rooms, moving day, sealing boxes and ending the move only happen on your phone.
