Bulk Actions & Time Savers

Inside any container, long-press an item to enter selection mode (or tap the checkbox button in the toolbar). Then tap items to add them to your selection — up to 100 at a time. An action bar appears at the bottom with everything you can do.

Select the items, tap Move, and choose the destination container — everything transfers in one shot. Moving just one item? Open it and tap the Move button right in its details.

Tag adds the same tag to everything selected, Category assigns one category to all of them, and Delete clears them out in one action. Tap Cancel anytime to exit selection mode without changes.

Yes — Settings > Import Data. Pick a CSV file, map the columns (name, value, category, tags, quantity, and more), preview the result, and import everything into the container of your choice. Perfect for migrating from a spreadsheet inventory.

Yes! Settings > Export Data generates a CSV with names, values, categories, locations, tags, quantities, checkout status, serial numbers, and notes. Great for backups or crunching numbers in a spreadsheet.
