Starts you with

"Use this template in SnapFind" creates these spaces and containers in your account. Anything you already have with the same name is reused.

  • 🏠 Unit 1A

    • Kitchen
    • Living room
    • Bedroom
  • 🧺 Owner closet

    • Linens
    • Spare parts

How to use it

  1. 1Make each unit a space and each room a container. A guest question becomes a one-line search.
  2. 2Write condition in Notes at every turnover. In SnapFind, add a photo instead — it is dated proof.
  3. 3Keep spare linens and parts in an owner closet space so turnover kits are easy to check.

AI shortcut

Skip the typing

Photograph a shelf in the SnapFind app and every item it sees becomes a row. The columns marked ✨ fill themselves.

In this template, a photo fills:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Quantity
  • Value (each)
  • Tags

Values are AI estimates you can change. You add the rest, like serial numbers and dates, only where you need them.

Import it into SnapFind

  1. 1

    One click

Choose "Use this template in SnapFind". The spaces and containers are created in your account, ready to fill from your phone.

  2. 2

    Or bring the sheet

Fill in the template, save it as CSV, and import it in the SnapFind app under Settings → Import Data. Every column is recognised; there is nothing to map.

  3. 3

    Then label it

Print a QR label for each container. Anyone on your team can scan it to see what is inside.

Questions

Does this work for short-term rentals?
Yes. Make each listing a space. Turnover staff can open the unit in SnapFind and see what should be in each room.
Are these templates free?
Yes. Download as many as you like; there is no sign-up and no email required.
Do they work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. The .xlsx file opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. The CSV opens anywhere and is the file SnapFind imports.
How do I import a filled-in template into SnapFind?
Save it as CSV, then open the SnapFind app and go to Settings → Import Data. The column names already match, so the import starts straight away.
