    • Cooler
  • 📦 Storeroom

    • Liquor shelf
    • Mixers

How to use it

  1. 1Put your par level in Notes, like "Par 6".
  2. 2Value (each) is your cost per bottle, not the menu price.
  3. 3Scan the bottle barcode into Barcode/UPC once and later counts are a scan.

AI shortcut

Skip the typing

Photograph a shelf in the SnapFind app and every item it sees becomes a row. The columns marked ✨ fill themselves.

In this template, a photo fills:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Quantity
  • Value (each)
  • Tags

Values are AI estimates you can change. You add the rest, like serial numbers and dates, only where you need them.

Questions

Should open bottles be counted?
Most bars count full bottles as whole numbers and note open ones separately. Keep one row per product and use Notes for partial bottles.
Are these templates free?
Yes. Download as many as you like; there is no sign-up and no email required.
Do they work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. The .xlsx file opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. The CSV opens anywhere and is the file SnapFind imports.
How do I import a filled-in template into SnapFind?
Save it as CSV, then open the SnapFind app and go to Settings → Import Data. The column names already match, so the import starts straight away.
