Starts you with

"Use this template in SnapFind" creates these spaces and containers in your account. Anything you already have with the same name is reused.

  • 🗄️ Supply closet

    • Paper shelf
    • Desk supplies
    • Printer supplies
  • ☕ Break room

    • Cabinet

How to use it

  1. 1Write the reorder point in Notes, like "Reorder at 2 cases".
  2. 2The Model Number column is where printer cartridge codes go, so reorders are exact.
  3. 3Count once a month. In SnapFind a photo of the shelf does the counting.

AI shortcut

Skip the typing

Photograph a shelf in the SnapFind app and every item it sees becomes a row. The columns marked ✨ fill themselves.

In this template, a photo fills:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Quantity
  • Value (each)
  • Tags

Values are AI estimates you can change. You add the rest, like serial numbers and dates, only where you need them.

Once a month is enough for most offices, plus whenever a big order arrives.

Do they work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. The .xlsx file opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. The CSV opens anywhere and is the file SnapFind imports.
How do I import a filled-in template into SnapFind?
