How to use it

1Count in the order you walk the kitchen, and keep the sheet in that order.
2Value (each) is your cost per case or unit, not the menu price.
3Write par levels in Notes, like "Par 4", and order up to par.

AI shortcut

Skip the typing

Photograph a shelf in the SnapFind app and every item it sees becomes a row. The columns marked ✨ fill themselves.

In this template, a photo fills:

Name
Category
Quantity
Value (each)
Tags

Values are AI estimates you can change. You add the rest, like serial numbers and dates, only where you need them.
