Why teams switch

Five reasons teams switch from Sortly.

Each one next to what Sortly’s own pages say today.

  1. 01AI photo capture

Snap a photo and the AI fills in name, category and value. One photo of a shelf becomes one row per item. Barcodes read in the same camera.

    Sortly today

In Sortly, items are typed in or added by barcode. Its one AI feature maps a spreadsheet during import.

  2. 02No item caps

Not at 500, not at 5,000. Paid SnapFind plans have no item limit, and variants never count against one.

    Sortly today

Sortly plans stop at 100, 500, 2,000 and 5,000 unique items, and each variant counts.

  3. 03A written price lock

The price you sign up at is the price you keep. 90 days’ notice of any plan change and a renewal reminder 30 days out.

    Sortly today

Sortly’s first annual year is half price. Renewals are 20% off list, about 62% more than year one.

Waterproof QR labels shipped to your door, or print your own on DYMO, Brother or Zebra.

    Sortly today

Sortly does not sell labels. You print its PDFs onto Avery or DYMO label stock.

Switching

Moving over takes an afternoon.

Business plans include a free assisted migration. Send us the export and we will check it lands right, photos included.

  1. Step 1

    Export from Sortly

Sortly exports your inventory as CSV or Excel, and can send the original photos to Dropbox.

    Sortly Help: Export your inventory
  2. Step 2

    Upload it to SnapFind

The AI maps your folders, quantities, custom fields and photo links. Run it again later and it updates items instead of duplicating them.

  3. Step 3

    Keep your labels working

Link a QR code already stuck on a shelf or bin to its SnapFind container, so the labels you have keep scanning. Need more? We ship them.

FAQ

Questions Sortly users ask

Can I move my Sortly inventory to SnapFind?

Yes. Export your items from Sortly as CSV or Excel and upload the file. The AI maps the columns, including folders, quantities and custom fields. Business plans include a free assisted migration, photos included.

Is SnapFind Business cheaper than Sortly?

Yes. Business is $39 a month, or $348 a year, for 10 people. Sortly’s smallest paid plan, Advanced, is $49 a month or $468 a year after the first year, for 2 users and 500 items.

Does SnapFind have an item limit?

No. Every paid plan has unlimited items, and quantities and variants never count against anything.

Will my price go up at renewal?

No. The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as you stay on your plan. We remind you 30 days before an annual renewal, and you can cancel yourself on the web or in the app.

Does SnapFind do everything Sortly does?

Most of it, plus AI photo capture. Sortly has a few things SnapFind does not, such as invoices synced to QuickBooks and an AppFolio integration. The full side-by-side lists both.
